Job Description:
•Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
•Should be at least profound in English language with Very good at corporate communication skills.
•Any graduate Male or female note more than 30 years age.
•Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
•Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
•Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence; speaking for the executive.
•Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
•Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
•Know technical know how like filling e-tenders writing emails correspondence and making reports on excel for various company heads to present numbers.
•Should have knowledge of accounts and know banking systems.
