Job Profile:
– Attend Phone calls & Customers, maintain inward – outward material register, courier register
– Handle professional & personal correspondence of MD.
– Attend phone calls, maintain inward – out ward register, greet customers, direct them to the concern person, offer refreshments
– Maintain good relation with vendors to acquire best services, receive & checking of bills, send it to accounts for timely payment.
– Maintenance of Assets Register.
– Maintenance of Stationary Register.
– Inward and outwards Letter dispatch Maintenance.
– Maintenance of Files.
– Serve customer with regard to their inquiries.
