turning 9th March into a national celebration \u201cfor the recruiters, by the recruiters.\u201d<\/p>\n

A day to recognize dedication, ethics, perseverance and the impact recruiters create every single day.<\/p>\n

Behind every leadership hire, every growth story, every turnaround,<\/p>\n

there is a recruiter who persuaded, listened, nudged and believed in someone\u2019s potential.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t just fill positions,<\/p>\n

we connect human aspirations with business ambitions.<\/p>\n

Coming right after Women\u2019s Day,<\/p>\n

this back to back celebration is a beautiful reminder.<\/p>\n

Women leaders and women recruiters have been pivotal in transforming India\u2019s talent landscape, bringing empathy, resilience and foresight into hiring.<\/p>\n

To every recruiter in Indiam: be it Recruitment Agency, in\u2011house recruters, freelancers, boutique search or solo hustler, today is your day.<\/p>\n
