Any Graduate with Min. 1 years sales and Marketing experience in FMCG industry can apply.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with a sharp focus on sales targets.
• Devising monthly/Quarterly/Annually primary & secondary sales target for the sales force and motivating team in achieving them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
• Handling effective logistic operations & smooth distribution of products to different channel partners.
• Increase with and depth of distribution.
• Meeting sales targets and building strong brand.
• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the sales team.
• Regularly attending company meetings, technical data / sales data presentations and briefings
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts
• Ability to see big tickets in terms of people processes and customer.
• Ensuring Execution Excellence across teams of key Strategies & business decisions
• to manage sales & marketing activities in the local assigned area.
• To manage distributors.
• To improve customer networking.
• Market intelligence reporting.
